General Maintenance Team Member - Skegness, Lincolnshire
Purpose of the role:
Ensuring that the maintenance and painting requirements within the guest accommodation and main resort venues is maintained to the current high standards
Able to carry out project works including woodwork repairs
General administration duties pertinent to the job role
The ability to be a hands-on part of the maintenance team
We are looking for candidates with:
Previous experience in a similar role
Basic joinery experience
A positive attitude, team focused attitude
The ability to demonstrate excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
The confidence to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
The ability to prioritise a demanding workload
