Senior Chef de Partie - Arundel

Location: THE PIG in the South Downs, West Sussex. BN18 0NL

(10 min drive from Arundel, Not accessable via public transport)

Hours: Full Time - 48 hour contract

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 Per Year, Plus Service Charge.  Whilst Service Charge varies depending on bookings with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

As Senior Chef de Partie you will manage one of the 4 sections of the kitchen. You will have the opportunity to oversee each section to share your knowledge with the junior chefs.

We run an award-winning apprenticeship programme, as a Senior Chef de Partie you will take an active role in leading, teaching and inspiring the apprentices.  Can you remember who inspired you to be a chef, can you do this for someone else?
