The position:

We are looking for a Landscapes Manager to join our team at Talacre Beach Holiday Resort in Flintshire, North Wales. Great competitive salary!

This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.

Main responsibilities:

The successful Landscapes Manager will

  • Oversee the smooth operation of the landscapes department.
  • Be responsible for the day to day running of the landscaping team.
  • Assist with the maintenance of all company buildings and guest accommodation.
  • Actively promote the retreat and its facilities.
  • Organise and maintain fair staff rotas.
  • Ensure staff motivation is high and be sure the team are trained.
  • Comply promptly with all maintenance jobs issued on the daily.

Requirements:

Previous landscapes supervisory / managerial experience is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use the site buggies / vehicles.
