Sommelier - London

Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of our wine and beverage offering and the flawless service of our restaurant and bar team. Contributing to the success of our food and beverage offering you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive impeccable, professional and well organised service. This will include service of pre- dinner cocktails, wines, after dinner drinks and spirits.

You will create a connection between food and wine, and really make the experience a memorable one for our guests. You will be impeccable in every manner of service but at the same time, you will be informal and genuine.
