Are you an experienced HR Operations Manager who is passionate about providing outstanding service?

 

Asda are on the lookout for a HR Operations Manager who will be responsible for providing a world class centralised shared services operation. As a HR Operations Manager, you will be required to lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service to our colleagues and key stakeholders across the business.

 

The Role

You will provide customer service to colleagues and key stakeholders by ensuring tasks and queries are handled in a timely and accurate way; communicating goals, objectives and SLAs and consulting with internal business partners, managers, and other key stakeholders; continually transform the HR Operational Model with plans for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness demonstrated by improvement in CSAT and SLA

You will direct all activities to ensure that customers are serviced within the required SLAs, ensuring Strong understanding and adherence to compliance and procedural policies and controls are in place to minimise risk, embed a consistent quality services through robust updated end to end process documentation with bi-annual review and sign off; remediation of any issues for their areas of responsibility are addressed by investigating and documenting customer issues, root cause analysis and action plan to address

You will set strategic direction and translate these strategic initiatives into day to day process delivery, manage deadlines for a number of projects and promote continuous process improvement by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; conducting end to end process  reviews; translating plans into tactical procedures; determining whether process changes meet guidelines and business needs; and communicating the business case to key stakeholders, implementing and managing the change

You will operate in a data driven environment and analyse complex data and use output and insight to support driving business change including policy, standardisation and automation

You will provide support and development opportunities for colleagues via robust bi-annual talent review to asses skill gaps, build pipeline and success planning, IDP for all colleagues aligned with core capability framework; mentoring; assigning duties to stretch colleagues; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.

You will ensure organisation and colleague privacy, where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive colleague information.

  • Proven experience managing and executing result
  • Experience in people management, including planning and pursuing team improvements
  • Ability to promote ideas to wider business stakeholders
  • Experience managing Ethics and Compliance
