Bar Manager/Manageress - Swindon (Live In Accommodation Available)

We are looking to appoint a Bar Manager/Manageress to maintain our successful club.

Responsibilities will include the smooth running of two bars, cellar management, stock control, ordering, line cleaning, cashing up, managing staff, maintaining health and safety, keeping of real ales. training and any other ad-hoc duties as required. Full responsibility of stock is necessary for which a bond will be required.

Applicants should be friendly, efficient and possess good communication and social skills and the ability to build good working relationships with the members, bar staff and the committee. A good interactive relationship with members is also expected.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, is paid on a weekly basis and comes with a 2-bedroom accommodation as part of the package.
