Duty Manager - York

Acting as a Duty Manager, you will ensure the wellbeing of all guests during their time with us, maintain a high level of host presence throughout and ensure the overall smooth running of the bar at all times when on duty.  As Duty Manager you will be required to assists in the training and developing of all staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hotel environment. Our expectation of you will be that you are able to work well as part of a team, contributing to the overall success of your team and the hotel. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, motivated, good team players, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail in order to deliver outstanding quality and service.
