The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is an intimate retreat steeped in history and set in picturesque countryside surroundings. With 133 beautiful guest rooms and suites, substantial public areas and an award winning spa, the housekeeping coordinator is a busy and important role within the housekeeping team and Rooms Division.

The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for the day to day running of the housekeeping department, focusing on ensuring the relevant communication amongst the housekeeping team and the front desk team. The role is responsible for handling guest requests via phone, email and app. The Housekeeping coordinator oversees the assignments of the Room Attendants and House attendants. This is a hands on role, where attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the understanding of 5* expectations is required.

The ideal Housekeeping Coordinator will:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Ideally multi-lingual - Proficiency in English required.
  • Able to multi-task with accuracy.
  • Have relevant housekeeping experience
  • Career driven within the housekeeping/rooms division.
