Job Description

An excellent opportunity to make a big impact for an industry giant offering a varied and exciting role and the chance to build our brand strategy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating the most compelling propositions and promotional activity to responsibly drive significant increases in players numbers and revenue.

Leading with the customer first in mind you will develop product-lead headline and omnichannel campaign experiences that create unique and innovative reasons for customers to use and reuse Grosvenor Casino.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise and deliver headline proposition strategies to increase customer engagement and re-engagement
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with Retail teams to align promotional and commercial activity and devise joint activities with a view to maximize impact and revenue
  • Collaborate with AQC and Brand teams on ATL strategies to increase customer brand awareness and grow player Acquisition and Conversions
  • Collaborate with Product teams to deliver market leading UX/UJ providing our players with an engaging and exciting experience on every visit
  • Work closely with Ops, Social and CRM teams to deliver best-in-class player journeys that support all propositions as part of our multi-channel Casino offering
  • Continuously analyse performance on an ongoing basis and focus on enhancing player Conversion, Retention and Reactivation
  • Work with CRM, VIP, Ops teams etc. to ensure the effective sign off, implementation and delivery of creative briefs to produce solid campaigns that can be released to customers
  • Maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape as well as opportunities for brand expansion and new product potential or propositional ideas
  • Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent and follows the Brand and Best Practice guidelines to ensure that all materials are fully compliant with all relevant legislation

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing & the channels/strategies used
  • Previous Gaming history with Casino being an advantage
  • Organisation, planning and attention to detail is key
  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with a strong attention to detail
