Central Sales Consultant - Part Time - Hatfield (head office)

What is the purpose of the job?

To deliver an exceptional prospect journey and inspire and welcome potential new members into our clubs, whilst achieving sales targets individually and as a team. 

What will I be doing?

  • This is a Home Working role.
  • Proactively managing the Live Chat service, both through the online enquiry and sales journeys.
  • Taking responsibility for reaching set targets, which can include, but may not be limited to, New Member Sales, Club Tour appointments booked, completed calls and live chat engagements.
  • Proactively managing the database of leads who have dropped off the online sales and enquiry journey – Making outbound calls and using Insight Selling to book a Club Tour appointment or sell memberships.
  • Answering incoming membership enquiry calls and using Insight Selling to book a Club Tour appointment or sell memberships.
  • Communicating accurate information to prospective members regarding the Club facilities, events, prices, promotions and membership terms and conditions, in a timely manner to achieve set targets.
  • Being professional at all times and operating with integrity, ensuring all ways of working, brand standards and policies are fully understood and adhered to.
  • Using Insight Selling to ensure that all conversations are tailored to the prospective member.
  • Delivering excellent customer service, including the prospect journey and new member experience, ensuring value for money and member retention is maximised.
  • Delivering ad hoc activities as required.
  • How will I be measured?

  • Performance against individual targets, team targets and company targets.
  • Performance against daily Brilliant Basics activity, outlined in the Central Sales Consultant Activity Schedule document.
  • Feedback from Rotterdam Cluster Sales Manager in one-to-one meetings.
  • Performance in Mystery Shop.
  • What qualifications, skills and experience do I need?

  • English and Maths or equivalent experience. Good academic attainment or equivalent preferred.
  • An enthusiastic team player.
  • Drive and determination to exceed personal targets.
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to work to a deadline.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent grammar and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate – experience of working with data systems essential.
  • Can show a genuine passion when engaging with individuals.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong listening and collaboration skills.
  • Thirst for knowledge and genuine passion to share experiences, insight and best practise with all those around you.
  • The role will require you to work from one of our Rotterdam Clubs.
  • The role requires flexible shift patterns dependent on business requirements.
  • Please note this role will be shift work and will include a mixture of mornings, evenings and weekends.
