We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team at New Malden store. As our sales advisor you will be working 20 hours per week on a shift rota basis during our store opening hours. Flexibility with your working hours would be required so you are available to support the team during the busiest and key trading times for the Store.

What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Assistant

• Booking in store deliveries
• Identifying, logging and reporting discrepancies
• Liasising with the brands on discrepancies and product delays
• Assisting with customer orders through our Internal system (Anthill)
• Assiting with the company's repairs procedures
• Identifying and reporting any faulty equipment e.g pallets. 
• Demonstrating a personal dedication to excellent customer service as a standard to be upheld in the store. Seeks to continuously improve the level of customer Service provided
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of good team spirit so that there is a good working environment

About our Warehouse Assistant:
