We are looking for a Personal Trainer or coach to join our team & community of members. It’s a varied and dynamic role working with our membership, working with clients 1:1 and has the flexibility to train your own clients as well. 

❗️Please note we will also accept applications from less experienced candidates who would be trained through our training, development and mentorship program.

True is a premium personal training gym based in Wetherby. We offer traditional 1:1 and our new concept of Shared Personal Training which is growing fast and going from strength to strength.  At True, we pride ourselves on being different. How? Quality, service, knowledge and a culture of community. Simple in principle effective in outcome.

📜The role:

Coaching our diverse membership on our Shared Personal Training Service

• Get to know our awesome members, who really make working at True a pleasure
• Hold monthly member catch ups
• Become involved with programming and take ownership for client journey’s and progress 

Grow your 1:1 base through us

• Receive new, live clients at the start of their journey with True and coach them along their journey.
• Build your own client base through True with no marketing 

🥇What do I need to have?

We love to learn, constantly improve and provide great service, we’re professionals! We are passionate about improving people’s lives through training, whether helping an elderly person stand up easier or enabling an athlete to be fully prepared at competition. We like the good vibes, love our members and always encourage everyone to get the most from themselves that day.
