Here at The Boat, we are a creative group who have found our way together, to help bring a new breath-taking restaurant concept that will take the Solent by storm. Using the freshest local catches and ingredients the island has to offer, creating a menu like none other.

What do we look for in our next Chef De Partie;

We are looking for an existing Chef De Partie chef, or an excellent Commis Chef looking for the next level of their hospitality career, who has a passion for creating & producing quality fresh food in a business that puts people first.

• Have experience creating excellent service through quality food.
• Working alongside your Head Chef you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus.
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls of  both GP and labour
• Demonstrate a passion & flare to deliver fantastic food every time
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie
• You will show want & willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with outstanding communication skills

Our offer to you:

• Up to £11.50 per hour
