Membership Services Consultant - Hatfield (head office)
We have a great opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic person to join our Member Services Team in Club Support offices based in Hatfield.

Working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business. We do this by proactively calling members,
Who are Leaving Who are at risk of leaving Who have payment issues Who would benefit from being on a different membership option
We are looking for someone with good interpersonal and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast paced and vibrant environment.
Reporting to the Central Membership Team Leaders, this role is responsible for speaking to a high volume of members and helping them resolve issues and promoting the benefits of remaining a member of a premium Health Club.
You will need to be a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills. Being self motivated and target driven are essential as we work to KPI’s.
