We have a great opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic person to join our Member Services Team in Club Support offices based in Hatfield.

As a business, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service to our members and to all of our clubs.

Working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business. We do this by proactively calling members,

Who are at risk of leaving

Who have payment issues

Who would benefit from being on a different membership option

We are looking for someone with good interpersonal and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast paced and vibrant environment.
