Customer Service Team Leader (Contact Centre) - Huddersfield

Based within our busy Contact Centre you will join a team who deliver an excellent service to our customers over the phone, via e-mail and social media by providing up to date information on any of our sites or products. This role is an exciting opportunity for the right individuals to come on board and support the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Our customers are central to everything we do and as part of our Contact Centre Team you will be expected to ensure that our customers receive the right information, first time, every time.

As a Customer Service Specialist Supervisor you will be passionate about delivering excellence and have a natural positive and enthusiastic outlook. You will also have team management experience with the ability to lead by example, remain calm under pressure and motivate a team to deliver excellence. You will be expected to contribute innovative ideas on how to ensure that our customers receive an outstanding service.

This role will be very varied, ranging from dealing with daily incoming calls, outgoing calls, to the administration processes involved with managing a Contact Centre team, such as analysing calls, social media and email statistics and quality.

To be successful in this role you will need at least two years' experience in a Contact/Call Centre or in an exceptionally busy reception environment, a natural positive and enthusiastic outlook and have a passion for top quality customer service. In addition, you will be able to contribute innovative ideas on how we can ensure that our customers receive an outstanding service.

We are looking to recruit a 37-hour full time post; however, part time applications over 24 hours would be considered. Please state in your cover letter the number of hours you would be looking for. A successful candidate would still be required to work shifts within our opening times from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm at weekends. 

A successful candidate MUST be able to work at least 2 weekends in 4 and during the week shifts would be either an open (start at 8am) or close (finish at 8pm). 

We are currently operating at reduced opening hours due to current customer demand, so the opening times stated are our pre-covid opening hours; so, we require a successful candidate to be flexible and open to change.
