The Crossing is a new gastro pub in the Barnes Bridge area serving exceptional seasonal food and wines to match.

We are looking for friendly & proactive waiters/waitresses to join our team! You will play a big role in creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction. Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience, whilst demonstrating a confident, can-do and positive attitude.

Experience is not essential just a willingness to learn.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services
• Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
• Greet customers and present menus 
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
