As a Deputy Manager you will:

• Oversee and be responsible for the centre, in the absence of the General Manager.
• Support the General Manager and team in delivering financial targets and service standards.
• Monitor and oversee cash and stock control, ensuring budgeted revenue and GP %’s are achieved.
• Develop the Marketing planner for monthly marketing and outreach activities.
• Coach and mentor the team to promote individual development and success.
• Support the General Manager with team recruitment.
• Maintain a presence on the floor at key times of the business and lead by example.
  
  

To be successful you should have:

• Minimum of 18 months experience in a customer-facing management role ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales.
• A passion for people including experience in coaching and developing your team.
• Be passionate about customer service.
• Have ambition for success!
