We're now looking for an exceptional Retail CRM Manager to join our CRM team which consists of Senior CRM Manager, a CRM Manager and a CRM Assistant. We're a very busy team and CRM is a key driver for the business, which is why our team is growing!


This role will be instrumental in supporting the team increating personalised, targeted and data led multi-channel communications toour Buzz Bingo club customers.

  • Ownership, development, implementation, management and improvement of CRM Campaigns, promotions, and journeys from execution to delivery
  • Building relationships with club, operations and support office teams ensuring campaigns are effectively supported through all channels at all times
  • Utilising our multi-channel communications (SMS, Rich Content SMS, Email and Direct Mail) to prompt customer frequency, reactivations and spend from our retail customer base
  • Embrace a test & learn culture across all new campaigns to make sure that maximum insight is gained, and that learning is utilised to optimise future marketing and operational activity
  • Contribute to the development of our annual marketing plans
  • Working closely with our CRM data base and CRM Analysts to brief and build targeting and set up campaigns, utilising results to make improvements to future activity
  • Working with our Digital CRM Team to manage our omni-channel customers prioritising messaging between retail and online

Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour

Your knowledge, skills and experience

  • Experience of managing multi-channel CRM campaigns from start to finish ideally in a retail or gaming environment
  • Confident about developing new programmes as well as optimizing existing
  • You're a whiz at working with data and numbers and your analytical mind means you pay close attention to detail and solve problems quickly
  • You relish opportunities to your use creativity, data skills and knowledge of marketing automation systems to create trials and new opportunities
  • Experience using CRM tools to segment, build and deploy campaigns and delivery insights
  • Experience using CRM tools to produce and send Direct Mail, Rich Content SMS, SMS & Email campaigns
  • Experience using Optimove, Optimail, Acoustic (Silverpop) and Sinch desirable but not essential
  • Creative flair in generating ideas, briefing design assets and writing engaging copy
  • Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with key stakeholders
  • Analytical skills and an ability to generate insights from campaign results and use these to inform future testing plans
  • You're a good communicator, a team player with a great eye for detail and excellent stakeholder management skills
