About the role

We've got big plans for the future of our entertainment and events offering - see badabingo.co.uk for a taste of it. You'll be the lead role for planning and creating all events and entertainment content campaigns, and your unwavering goal will be to make sure that audiences fall in love with the products and our new brands as they meet them through social media and PR. We're talking the kind of campaigns that make people take notice and excitedly message their friends, "OMG this looks amazing, let's go!?"

You'll have responsibility for kick starting brand new social media channels, planning and coordinating content across two new sub-brands, managing fast growing social communities and driving ticket sales to new audiences and creating customers who'll become brand advocates to their social groups.



Main duties & responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the social content plan and schedule for Bada Bingo and Buzz Presents... across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and other PR/ social channels
  • Creating (and briefing) compelling, spine-tinglingly good social media content including video, photography and copy that demand attention
  • Working with the Events and Entertainment team and the Brand & Design team to create world class video and interactive content for social media, PR and our websites
  • Work with brand advocates and social media stars to create, curate and collaborate and get our content our to wide audiences
  • Working with the PR & Social Media Manager to plan and administer the social media accounts and PR activity for Bada Bingo and Buzz Presents... (you'll help out on our Buzz Bingo social media account too, talking to customers, scheduling content, using Canva and boosting posts)
  • Working with the creators of our shows and products to always know what coming up and collaborating with them on creative ways to show our product off to the world
  • Working with the Event & Entertainment production team to capture footage from our events and to give them input and feedback on their shows and products that will help you create even better content
  • Review of social media engagement and growth to improve plans
  • Collaboration with agencies and teams across PR, design and production
  • Logical (and sometimes illogical) content tests to work out the best approaches to content creation
  • Regular competitor review and monitoring to ensure we are market-leading


About you

The successful candidate will have experience of managing social media channels including copywriting and proofing - attention to detail is essential! You'll quickly be able to grasp creative tools & technology and have the ability to 'influence influencers', you'll be highly motivated, and a self-starter with the following skills & experience:

  • You understand social media marketing and how customers engage with brands, with their friends and wider communities
  • You've work with influencers (or as an influencer) creating high engagement/ highly entertaining content for social media - in this regard you'll be a social native with proven video capture/ editing/ Meme-ifying talents
  • You love live entertainment and understand what it takes to sell an event
  • You are used to juggling social media administration with content planning
  • You know what makes people tick
  • You are commercially savvy and pragmatic - you know when to go Hollywood with content production, and when to keep it simple and engaging
  • You have experience working on photo shoot, video shoots and capturing or curating live action footage
  • You're in your element capturing content on a phone at a live event
  • You can demonstrate using customer research/feedback as well as analytics from previous campaigns to inform future activity
