Assistant General Manager - The Essex Golf & Country Club
This senior position is crucial in the present day and the future success of the club. It is a demanding role and will require the chosen candidate to control all areas of the Health Club facility. Under the guidance of the General Manager you will aid, develop and enhance the operation as a whole by man managing and working closely with staff and department managers.
You will come from a 4-star plus establishment with experience of sizeable, busy operations.
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll need to be extremely hands-on as you will be heading up all departments, control rotas and budgets etc. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator who is passionate about the hospitality industry and who thrives on delivering a high level of customer service. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for all health club related activities ensuring a safe and clean environment at all times and delivering a great experience for the members.
Reports directly to the General Manager and is fully accountable for the health club team. Accountable for all health club related sales and costs lines ensuring sales planners are in place and payroll and direct costs are under budget.
