Housekeeping Supervisor, The County Euston

This his role is based in housekeeping as well as front office departments, as Guest Service Supervisor your responsibilities include: ensuring guest rooms and public areas are presented to a high standard, whilst also having the experience to liaise with reception and support with any problems that may arise.

This is a full time role with an hourly wage of £10.00 per hour.

About us:

Centrally located and nestled between Euston Station, Kings Cross and St Pancras International Station; this budget hotel is popular with both young travellers and larger groups.

Your role in our family:

Key responsibilities to your role: 

  • To ensure all rooms are turned around in an efficient manner
  • All rooms must be cleaned, sanitised and prepared in accordance to SHG and Brand guidelines.
  • Maintaining linen stock as well as ordering cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • To provide an efficient and friendly service to guests at all times and striving to increase guest satisfaction and Trip Advisor scores and reviews.
  • Deal with any guest queries/complaints in a polite and friendly manner ensuring guest satisfaction
  • All complaints, comments, special requests and other business to be recorded in the daily handover log.
  • To clearly communicate with other departments to ensure minimal impact on guest service.
  • Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
  • To provide an efficient and friendly service to guests at all times and striving to increase guest satisfaction and Trip Advisor scores and reviews.
  • Knowledge of PMS systems will be advantage however full training will be provided.
