The Opportunity
As a Fraser’s Group Sales assistant, you will be part of one of the UKs fastest growing retailers. Our luxury division is made up of Flannels, Frasers, Cruise, Van Mildert and 18 Montrose. We are rethinking retail and with our varied collection of brands, we’ve never been afraid to strive forward and change the way the industry operates, diversifying our portfolio and elevating stores. We are pushing the boundaries of traditional retail environments and future proofing our business. Reporting to the Store Manager we are seeking charismatic sales assistants for our flagship store coming to Meadowhall soon. 

The Ambition
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver elevated service to all our customers, always going above and beyond their expectations
• Be approachable and friendly at all times
• Recommend, select and locate the correct merchandise for the customers’ needs
• Be the source of all information about in store offers, promotions and store cards
• Receive and process cash and card transactions
• Be aware of latest trends and remain fully updated on product knowledge
• Maintain a customer friendly and customer focused environment at all times, asking customers open questions to fulfil their needs
• Guarantee a high level of customer service at all times
• Educate and guide customers about our brand, and the product we sell
• Offer alternatives and add on sales as and when necessary
• Ensure store standards are complete and the store is prepared for the next trading day
• Comply with policies and procedures at all times

The interview process will be done in two stages with successful candidates required to complete a video interview and attend an assessment centre.

This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and, as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
