Swimming Instructor - Northamptonshire

Who Are We?

Jump Into Swimming is a swimming school that has been established for seven years. With our success in Northamptonshire reaching 550+ children we are now looking to add to our existing team. 

We offer children’s swimming lessons with the smallest class sizes in the Midlands. With our uniquely small classes (maximum of four children) instructors have the opportunity showcase all of their teaching skills.  We are looking to recruit new swimming teachers to join our new venture in Staffordshire.

We are looking for candidates that have a keen enthusiasm for swimming and working alongside children. With our lesson environment you will be responsible for teaching children from beginners all the way through to an advanced level.

The Essentials

The job will require the candidate to provide high quality lessons to children aged 4 years+, conduct regular assessments of each child and most of all ensure each child enjoys their learning process.

Employees are paid £18.00 per hour with opportunities for this to increase to £21.00 per hour. 

We are looking for instructors at the following venues:

Weston Favell Academy, Barry Road Primary School & Bedford Girls School

We are planning for a September start date on all of the above. Should this change due to COVID updates the start date maybe pushed back. 

Qualifications & Training

The applicant should hold either ASA Level One & Two qualifications or the STA Award & Certificate in teaching aquatics. We are also happy to offer in-house training with funding for candidates who need to gain such qualifications.
