Our Meeting and Sales Managers motivate and inspire their sales team, allowing them to successfully deliver the hotel sales strategy, wow our customers with fantastic service and grow our customer base by identifying new leads and converting enquires to bookings. You will recruit, train and ensure that we are always offering great options for guests whilst ensuring profitability for the hotel.

  • Inspire and motivate your team, encouraging them to excel in securing bookings and maximising this key revenue stream
  • Be imaginative, identify new business and be aware of local developments and competitors
  • Play a key role in designing and delivering the sales activity plan
  • A good eye for detail, ensuring contracts and quotes are issued correctly
  • Ability to understand guests needs, conduct show arounds and promote all the services we have to offer
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen ensuring that staffing levels are appropriate to drive conversion
