The role will involve:

• Working in a 260 cover restaurant serving French cuisine for lunch and dinner to a Bib Gourmand standard
• Working 45 hours a week + paid overtime (mixture of shifts - mornings, evenings and weekends)
• All aspects of service including: distributing menus, order taking, table service and credit card payments
• Maintaining familiarity with menu items, specials, company news and guest profiles

We’re looking for Senior Waiters/Waitresses who:

• Are approachable and has the desire to challenge themselves within a professional team
• Have strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Will consistently deliver fantastic service and unrivalled experiences
• Have previous experience and an understanding of working in busy bar, restaurant or hotel
