£10 Per Hour, Plus Service Charge

Location: THE PIG, Brockenhurst, Hampshire.

Hours: Full Time 

Salary: £10 Per Hour, Plus Service Charge.  Our Pay Promise – no one in our business will earn less than £10 Per Hour, plus service charge.  In the busy months our bar team have earnt up to £450 in service charge per month, whilst service charge varies depending on bookings, with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

Our bars at THE PIGs are unique! We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink.  All of our cocktails are designed with the Kitchen Garden in mind. This provides all of the essential ingredients to infuse our Chase Distillery and locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.

As a Bartender you will support the day to day running of the bar, whilst of course making drinks, you will be required to maintain the bar, making sure it’s clean and presentable at all times. A genuine interest in growing your beverage knowledge is essential along with the passion towards keeping up with current trends.

Previous experience as a Bartender, or within a similar role is essential, along with the knowledge of classic cocktails and skills of mixing modern twists. You will need to be flexible with working hours, covering some evenings and weekends.
