Demi Chef de Partie - London
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation of all foods within the kitchen, ensuring it is to the highest of standards. You will be quick, efficient and accurate, providing a prompt service delivery. Following the clear directions of the Executive Chef, you will learn the importance of consistency and cost control. You will receive and account for supplies and deliveries, follow correct hygienic food handling practices and follow the restaurant’s cleaning and waste disposal practices. You will lead and support junior members of the team and produce own work in accordance with deadlines and quality guidelines.
