Join us as Assistant Manager and you’ll be the driving force behind success on the shop floor, encouraging staff to deliver excellent service and the highest retail standards.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager you’ll be essential to your Store’s success.  You’ll support the Store Manager in maximising sales, upholding retail standards and delivering an outstanding shopping experience to each and every customer.  Standing in for the Store Manager as required, you will have the skills and confidence to motivate, coach and lead the store team in every aspect of store operations and delivering the full brand experience.

About you

Ideally, you’ll have worked in a similar role before. That means you’ll know how to encourage, support and motivate others, so they always go above and beyond. You’ll also be a great organiser, good with people and fantastic at leading a team.
