We have a sales position in one of our Kent parks and are looking for someone who has a positive mindset and upbeat energy.   If you have experience in generating leads through social media and online marketing, even better, though full training will be provided.  We pride ourselves on having an open, rewarding and positive culture, where you are treated and respected as an individual key member of a very strong and expanding company.  We offer a strong, competitive basic salary, a great commission structure and career progression. We provide all sales training and offer a course for aspiring future Sales Managers too.  Over 50% of our Sales Managers have been developed from within!  The successful applicant can achieve very realistic expectations of £50k+ and uncapped on this park with regular incentives.  If you're within our industry, we will never discuss your enquiry with anyone else, regardless of the outcome.
 

Seaview Holiday Park is located on the north Kent coast directly on the stunning north Kent coastline with direct beach access, Seaview Holiday Park is the park where lots of Holiday Homeowners choose to have their Holiday Homes, Seaview commands a large Owner base of 550 Holiday Homeowners coupled with a host of Touring tenting and Camping Pod areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at Kent’s Premier Holiday Park destination with great opportunities to progress.

The Role

  • Responsible for utilising and actioning allocated leads to generate appointments so to maximise all sales opportunities and create a strong value chain.
  • To ensure all contact and appointment boards are up to date daily.
  • To meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets (Key Performance Indicators) as set by Caravan Sales Manager.
  • To implement any marketing activity as defined by SM to maximise the opportunities in both new and part exchange business.
  • To ensure presentation and dressing of the sales fleet is maintained to the required standard.
  • To ensure presentation of the Showground is maintained to the required standard.
  • To utilise all systems available to maintain a customer database in order to facilitate future sales opportunities.
  • To ensure all administration is completed and filed to deadline.
  • To explore financing arrangements with the prospective customer and deal with any financial matters in a confidential way
  • To ensure compliance with all aspects of Company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, SAFE and caravan sales guidelines.
  • To organise own time in the most effective and productive way
  • To ensure appropriate information is inserted in the “Welcome Packs “
  • To ensure the Sales Office depicts a professional, clean and tidy but welcoming environment.

The Candidate

The successful candidate should:

  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure with good decision-making skills.
  • Be of smart appearance and adhere to dress standards.
  • Have a professional and outgoing personality.
  • Have good IT skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word and e-mail.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Be flexible.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
