Needed to deliver an exceptional user experience in outstanding new sports complex based at Coombe Wood School, South Croydon.

For someone with a passion for sport delivery, excellent levels of customer service and an eye for detail, this new role offers a unique opportunity for a committed and motivated manager to join a forward-thinking, diverse and dynamic community in which they can demonstrate their skills.

Full time (40 hours per week) or part time options available that can be flexibly deployed to cover the shift patterns. £21,000 to £25,000 pa depending on experience.

Folio Active is looking to recruit Duty Managers to help support Folio’s Director of Sporting Operations in delivering the Trust’s vision for sport in the community and across the Trust itself.

The Duty Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day support of activity across the facility, managing the team of recreation staff appropriately to deliver a high quality operations service. The role will be required to work on a flexible basis, with particular focus on evenings, and weekends, to ensure that all user groups are able to enjoy a safe, secure and clean environment. Adherence to Health & Safety protocols and promoting high standards of customer service experience are priorities.
