YMCA Thames Gateway is recruiting for an enthusiastic Group Exercise Co-ordinator to join our Health & Wellbeing team in Romford.

The Group Exercise Co-ordinator will manage the day to day running of the group exercise programme and actively promote group exercise activities. You will be responsible for reviewing all group activities, working with marketing on promotional needs and ensuring that the exercise timetable is dynamic, diverse and meets the needs of our members.

You will engage proactively with group exercise instructors and our members, ensuring postive outcomes for queries and compliants. You will also work alongside the gym manager to assist in the retention plan, promote quarterly fitness events and member challenges.

• Work Pattern: Monday to Sunday
