We are looking for a forward-thinking CRM Email Marketing Executive who wants to expand their knowledge of email marketing at the same time as bringing some new ideas to the team, whilst following our current CRM calendar.

Working closely with the CRM Manager, you will have a passion and interest in CRM and guest journeys through email marketing. This is a hands-on role using our inhouse system, building and creating campaigns will be your main focus. This is a great opportunity if you have spent time in a marketing role but now want to specialise in CRM and email marketing.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Following our CRM plan by delivering multiple email marketing campaigns in line with our seasonal calendar
• Creating personalised email campaigns, utilising our data segmentation system
• Completing A/B testing regularly to help decision making, strengthening campaign performance
• Reviewing campaigns performance, recommending changes to improve future campaigns
• Having creative flair for engaging content
• Working closely with our Spa teams to create monthly spa communications
• Some travel to properties to build relationships with key stakeholders (we can provide a car as required for travel should it be required)

Who are we looking for:

• At least 1 years’ experience within a general marketing role
• A confident communicator
• Great attention to detail
• Exceptionally organised
• Copywriting skills will be required
• Ability to follow CRM calendar
• Some travel to properties to build relationships with key stakeholders
