WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …

• We are looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist with a sparkling personality to join our fantastic team!
• As well as immaculate presentation and a professional, friendly manner, you will be able to demonstrate excellent guest service skills gained through experience in a similar role.
• In order to deliver an exceptional five star guest service, it is also important that you are willing to learn.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …

• You will provide a warm and friendly welcome to each and every guest,. you will also be responsible for showing them around the facilities on arrival and providing advice and assistance whenever required.
• Ongoing training will be provided, allowing you to gain both a detailed knowledge of our treatments and products, and the ability to sell to guests.
