OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join our Accounts Team here at the Celtic Collection. 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for someone who is responsible for managing the Resort’s sales ledger and complying with the Resort’s credit control and debt collection policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As Senior Credit Controller you will be responsible for sending the bills out as promptly as possible.  Receiving the billing information and ensuring it has been fully presented to support the debt. Contacting the customer on a timely and regular basis to ensure the bills are received and dealing with any queries in an efficient and courteous manner.  If credits are necessary, ensuring they are authorised by the appropriate individuals.
On receipt of payment posting the amounts onto the Sales Ledger promptly and maintaining all Sales Ledger records in an orderly and complete manner, ensuring all payments are properly allocated. Keeping and maintaining history of all chase correspondence and conversations with the debtor.
