About your role

You will be an experienced Internal Recruitment Manager, a self- starter who can work autonomously, navigate through complex organisation structures, provide clarity, and put strategic plans in place. You will be naturally comfortable working at pace and making decisions in a fast-paced environment. You'll use your experience and confidence to engage stakeholders and be able to demonstrate creating effective sourcing strategies and managing recruitment campaigns.

As an experienced Recruitment Manager, you'll demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the confidence to engage at all levels and the ability to work to deadlines, often under pressure! This role sits within our HR function and strikes a balance between independent working but with the support of a small recruitment team.

Joining us an Internal Recruitment Manager you will take responsibility for planning and delivering the recruitment strategy for our support center recruitment, enabling us to attract and recruit the right people who will help deliver our business objectives across a range of functions including marketing, IT, finance, digital, HR and compliance...to name a few!

You will be part of a small but busy recruitment team work in partnership with key stakeholders and hiring managers to pro-actively manage the candidate experience, the end to end recruitment process, form relationships with preferred suppliers and promote our employer brand in everything you do.

Main duties & responsibilities

The key focus of the role is to attract the best talent, provide an exceptional candidate experience and support Buzz Bingo to become a highly regarded employer of choice.

• Manage and co-ordinate the entire recruitment process for support centre recruitment
• Be a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
• Manage and maintain recruitment database
• Maintain regular contact with hiring managers and brief and manage selected recruitment agencies
• Source candidates via both advertised and pro-active search
• Provide information on candidate market and salary framework
• Co-ordinate and support with interviews
• Manage offer and on-boarding process working with other departments such as HR & Learning & Development
• Work with recruitment and the wider team to monitor and improve internal recruitment process

Skills & experience

• Track record of success managing an internal recruitment function
• Experience of recruiting across a range of commercial specialisms
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work-load
• Mange candidate journey from selection, recruitment, on-boarding and induction
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong internal relationships
• Ability to monitor and review process with the confidence to recommend and implement improvement
• You'll be creative with excellent advert & content writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies at varying stage of the recruitment process
• Excellent candidate management skills
• Proven track record of success within a similar professional environment
