Hello, we’re Flight Club. The award-winning birthplace of Social Darts founded in October 2015. Over 2 million people have thrown 113 million darts since our launch, and our goal is to lead the market in delivering exhilarating social experiences.

With four incredible venues already in London, a Manchester and Birmingham venue, we also have other national and international venues in the pipeline. And we’re currently looking for a passionate Server to join our Shoreditch team, bringing unexpected, ridiculous, joy to our guests every single day.

The Job

To be successful in the role as a server you will need to:

• Provide an amazing experience to our customers.
• Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.
• Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent customer service with an attention to detail even when under pressure.
• Have excellent organisational skills.
• Be willing to learn.
• Have great communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Use your initiative, bringing new and creative ideas to how we do things.
