Part-Time Physiotherapy Assistant - Cheltenham

The opportunity

To support the clinical team to deliver high quality patient care to our patients to optimise their post-operative recovery and well-being. As our Physiotherapy Assistant you will:

- Deliver high quality, effective clinical care under the supervision of our registered physiotherapists and nursing staff.

- Promote multi-disciplinary working alongside therapy and nursing teams.

- Ensure that all clinical records are accurately maintained and conform to all legal requirements

- Complete administrative duties to support the therapy and nursing teams to enable smooth and efficient care throughout the patient journey.

- Be responsible for reviewing and reporting stock level and supplies to ensure the clinical environment is fit for purpose.

The person

To succeed as a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will need:

- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting, ideally in a health care support or therapy assistant role.

- To be enthusiastic and motivated with a can do attitude and able to work with own initiative

- Highly organised and flexible

Salary - £ 20000 - 22000 (Pro-rata - dependent on experience)

Contract - Part time, 30 hours per week. Flexible shift pattern.
