Retail Team Member - Trevella Park, Crantock

To carry out all duties within the Retail Areas to agreed operating standards.
To comply with all Company policies and procedures, for example, delegation of authority, licensing laws, health & safety policy, food safety, etc.
Working weekends.

KEY TASKS:

To organise in all detail the arrangement of stock and equipment in a clean and visually attractive manner.
To maintain the shop and surrounding areas in clean and good order at all times and as required by food and hygiene legislation.
To replenish stock as and when required to maintain a good level of choice for the customer.
To report any faulty equipment to the Supervisor or Retail Manager.
To report any low levels of stock to the Supervisor or Retail Manager.
To take payment for goods and services provided within the shop and issue receipts using the till system provided and in accordance with laid down procedures.
To ensure the shop and surround area is cleaned and kept tidy during your shift.

Have a flexible attitude to work.
Be enthusiastic about maintaining and improving the standards within the department you are working.
Communicate with fellow team members professionally.
