Imagine having a swimming pool, gym and a spa in your own apartment building. Then imagine you are guided through your wellness and fitness journey by a team of world-class wellness experts. This is the service Antidote provides to residents who live in these modern apartments and we are looking for a very special superstar to lead our team.

What will you be doing all day?

You will be responsible for the management and development of a team of wellness professionals (personal trainers, fitness class instructors, beauty therapists, yogis and visiting specialists) in a beautiful wellness facility in a prime residential property, which includes a well appointed gym, a spacious studio, treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room and a beautiful 20 metre long swimming pool.

How will you do this?

Well, you will need to have a natural flair for hospitality! We are in the service industry and we want you to use your warmth and ethos for service excellence to engage whole heartedly with our residents.

Your existing knowledge and experience managing similar facilities will enable you to confidently deliver a safe and polished service to residents. You will need to be fluent in English, both written and verbal, and fully conversant with modern technology, as effective communication with your colleagues and residents is at the heart of everything you do.
