A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and driven Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Trevella Park, Crantock.

Keys Skills That Are Essential:

  • Listen and respond to our guests feedback and react accordingly
  • taking bookings via the telephone, web enquiries and direct bookings
  • Liase with all Contractors and Visitors
  • Interaction and Communication is key and of high importance
  • Produce daily detailed reports to a high standard across the business
  • Management of business arrivals and departures
  • General Computer Skills
  • Ability to work closely across all departments with a flexible approach
  • Manage all activity in the reception area and ensure all Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to
  • Engage with guests to prevent or resolve issues/complaints, utilising there feedback
  • All training given

This role is Seasonal Part Time and hours may increase when busy and include some weekends
