The Department

The Sports team are a large, friendly team responsible for looking after the members and their guests with regards the indoor sports facilities; Racquet and Fitness Centres, Dance Studio, Gym, Indoor Pool, Squash, Treatment room, Crèche as well as the Outdoor Pool in the summer months along with some seasonal outdoor sports activities.

Role Arrangements

The role of Sports Receptionist is offered on a part-time basis and you will work weekend shifts. The role reports to the Sports Reception Supervisor and typical duties will include:

Typical duties will include: 

• Answering member enquiries.
• Taking bookings by telephone and face-to-face.
• Ensuring that the reception area is clean, tidy and organised.
• Taking payment for merchandise.

The Candidate

Candidates will embody our Club values; excellence, prudence, integrity, courtesy. Candidates should have proven previous experience in a similar role and will be computer literate.
