THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced and confident Floor Managers for our beautiful venue The Gun in Spitalfields. Customers can enjoy their high-end drinks and tantalising food on our plush velvet furniture, under our enchanted forest or with view of the gorgeous Olive Tree in midst of the venue (yes, really!). The venue has a strong focus on creative cocktails and beautiful wines paired with quality British food. Having just launched a Moet & Chandon terrace, this is the place in Spitalfields to see and be seen.

As Floor Manager you must be a strong team player and able to train and motivate our junior talent. Your day to day will be a combination of helping your GM in the daily operation as well as training the team, maintaining high standards and keeping our wonderful guests happy. You will be given the opportunity to train, grow and progress your career – become one our future General Managers as our venue portfolio grows.

REQUIREMENTS

· You must have banter and a friendly, outgoing personality

· Proven experience in working in high volume bars & restaurants

· Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar managerial role

· Very detail orientated with excellent customer service skills

· Strong wine and cocktail knowledge (WSET of advantage)

· Loves training teams and maintaining high standards

· You enjoy engaging with customers

· Hungry to grow and progress your hospitality career
