Hello, we’re Flight Club! We’ve taken the traditional game of darts and reinvented it for the 21st century and we call the result ‘Social Darts’; we’ve developed a range of fast-paced and exciting multiplayer games, designed to bring groups together for moments of unexpected, ridiculous, joy.


We have six award-winning venues across the UK, with more venues nationally and internationally in the pipeline, and this summer, we are delighted to be bringing the joy of Social Darts to Bristol, with a breathtaking venue on Corn Street!


The Flight Club Family is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to join us for the ride. 
The Job
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the Kitchen delivering to and exceeding agreed service standards. As part of the management team you will be expected to ensure our brand integrity, enhancing daytime trading and support the delivery of a spectacular customer experience through:

  • Supporting the recruitment, and induction of new Flight Club Family members for the Kitchen
  •  Participate in the regular reviews of the kitchen business, identifying and recommending improvements that will maximise it’s full financial and operating potential
  • Managing the kitchen rota, adhering to agreed targets and deploying team members and pro-actively ensuring cover at all times
  • Ensuring consistently high standards of service and adherence to al statutory obligations (e.g. health & safety, food safety COSH and Licensing Law) identifying areas for improvement and implementing new operating standards
  • Running weekly stock checks to achieve food GP %

About YouTo be successful in the role you will: 
  • Have passion & experience of delivering exceptional standards and customer experiences.
  • Have at least 1 years’ experience at kitchen manager or head chef level in a branded or independent environment
  • Have a keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and encouraging others to do the same
  • Be able to think on your feet, adapting well to the exciting changes working for a growing company can bring
  • Lead by example – inspiring, coaching and developing your team every day
  • Have full knowledge and experience of controlling all elements of the business financials
  • Be expereinced in performing weekly stock takes
  • Be a good multitasker managing different tasks at one time
