Location: THE PIG in the South Downs, West Sussex

Hours: Full & Part-Time Hours Available.  

Salary: £10 Per Hour, Plus Service Charge.  Our Pay Promise – no one in our business will earn less than £10 Per Hour, plus service charge. Whilst Service Charge varies depending on bookings with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

We are currently looking for friendly and pro-active Bar Staff to join our team.

Our bars at THE PIG’s are unique! We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink.  All of our cocktails are designed with the Kitchen Garden in mind. This provides all of the essential ingredients to infuse our Chase Distillery and locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.

We are looking for Bar Staff that are enthusiastic and keen to learn, as well as having a passion for creating fun yet quality experiences for our guests. We want confident Bar Staff who can bring personality to our team and make our guests feel right at home.

On a day to day basis our Bar Staff are responsible for the efficiency of our bar service, by welcoming guests, taking orders and serving our wide-range of beverages. As a member of our bar team you will be responsible for keeping the bar clean and presentable at all times.

Previous experience working in a Bar along with the knowledge of classic cocktails and skills of mixing modern twists is preferred but not essential and full training will be provided.
