We are looking for a Receptionist that gives a great first impression, skilled in greeting with a smile. The key to this role is being confident and, on the pulse, ridiculously organised, and a bit of a computer whiz.  It is very important that as part of the reception and front of house team that you are very much a team player with great inter personal skills, a flexible attitude and that you possess a knack for liaising with other departments when and where necessary.

Of course, good industry knowledge and some previous experience in a hotel environment is desirable. A great telephone voice would also not go a miss.

Calcot Manor is a 35-bedroom luxury hotel located near Tetbury, Cotswolds. The Conservatory restaurant in the main house is a light and spacious restaurant overlooking the Calcot grounds, and serves simple but very tasty food. The Gumstool Inn is our very own village-style pub adjacent to the main house, complete with open fire, our fireside grill, stone floors and a proper British pub food menu.
