In the role as BLAZE Supervisor, you will be this club’s BLAZE ambassador. Your technical knowledge and ability to demonstrate great technique must stand YOU out from the crowd.

You will be someone that prides themselves by always leading by example, delivering a best-in-class experience. You will need to be able to inspire, coach, and develop your BLAZE Tribe, as well as have personal ambition to develop your performance. It is essential that you have strong planning and organisation skills, be solutions driven and demonstrate that you can think on your feet and manage the moment.

To be invited to an audition you must hold a minimum of a CIMSPA/Reps Level 2 or equivalent qualification. We plan to hold virtual interviews and performance auditions, subject to COVID regulations.
