Laser Planet Watford is seeking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated part-time supervisor to be involved with all aspects of running our laser tag centre. Contacted 20 hours per week, with more hours available at busy times.

Working in a fast paced customer focused environment you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, health & safety and cleanliness at all times. Other duties include opening and securing the premises, cash handling, taking bookings, dealing with customers face-to-face, online and on the telephone as well as managing the staff. 

Applicants must be able to work evenings, weekends and school holidays. Training will be provided, however a background in customer service, an understanding of health and safety and completion of First Aid At Work and Food Hygiene certificates is desirable.

• A highly motivated proactive individual
• Strong inter-personal, IT and communication skills
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Be able to lead by example
• A strong sense of personal responsibility with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Extensive proven customer facing experience and the ability to work under pressure
• The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• A background in the leisure industry would be ideal.

The candidate will be required to have a DBS check.
