Join us in crossing the threshold to enter into the greenness and lushness of the Amazon Jungle with a gastronomic proposal inspired by tropical, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine as well as references to Brazilian gastronomy.

Its different atmosphere allows you to enjoy the restaurant at any time of the day, either with a light lunch, tapas at the bar, savouring its cocktails or with a quiet dinner.

Nightly jazz performances will entertain diners in the main restaurant whilst our resident DJs play ‘electropical’ sounds in our Bar and Lounge.

We are currently looking for Head Waiters to join our team. As a Head Waiter, you will : 

• Ensure an efficient running of a section during service and be responsible for any guest’s request.
• Promote sales and build up rapport with guest.
• Ensure all orders, issuing of bills and payments are taken correctly.
• Be competent with the point of sale system to ensure orders are placed as efficiently and swiftly.
• Be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive the best possible service and care.
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment.

As a Head Waiter/tress with Amazonico, you will :
