We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Workplace Manager to join the team of our new workplace in Kingston- upon- Thames: The Smith.

This is a part- time role (working 10am- 2pm Monday to Friday) with a view to become permanent in a near future.

You will ensure the smooth operation of our Workplace to ensure standards are maintained at a high level. You will be responsible for managing and delivering high levels of customer service, helping to meet the expectations and requirements of existing clients, members and any prospects. You will represent our Company core values and provide the first impression for The Boutique and our client companies. Client and member satisfaction and the ability to build genuine relationships are key to our success and need to be managed and applied to your Workplace at all times. You will create a collaborative environment amongst our clients and members through events and other initiatives and drive the promotion of Boutique service offerings.

Responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Customer service & client management
  • Strive to achieve budgets and forecasts set by Operations
  •  Constantly strive for a quality operation of your Workplace
  • Building management
  • Opening & closing
  • Health & safety

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable personality while also being very perceptive, proactive and rigorous. You should be able to deal with complaints and provide our clients and suppliers with accurate information. The goal is to make clients, members and visitors feel comfortable, valued and looked after while on our premises. Workplace Managers will have the continuous support of our management team (Operations, HR, Sales) in order to make our Workplace as successful as possible and provide a fantastic experience to our guests.
