Haulfryn Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team at our friendly Finlake Holiday Resort.  In return, we offer our Receptionist a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What Will You Do

  • Handling guest queries
  • Making reservations
  • Checking in customers on their arrival whilst providing 5 star customer service
  • Be involved in a wide range of customer service activities  

The Reception area is a fast paced environment and therefore we are looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running and integrate into the department quickly. If you are looking to work with a brilliant team of people in a demanding, yet rewarding role then this may be the oppertunity for you! 

 

What Will You Bring

  • Relevant reception or front of house experience
  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Excellent Customer Care Skills Able to deal with difficult situations professionally and efficiently
  • An eye for quality standards and safety
  • Enthusiasm for working with customers
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • A flexible approach to working including weekends and public holidays is essential
